Privacy Policy

This starter privacy policy is provided for the pre-launch RingRing landing page. It should be reviewed and updated for the final app, analytics providers, email provider, hosting provider and launch jurisdictions before production release.
1. Information we collect
When you join Early Access, we collect the email address you submit. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject and message.
2. How we use information
We use submitted information to provide launch updates, respond to enquiries, support the RingRing service and improve our communications.
3. Storage and security
The starter PHP implementation stores form submissions on the web server and can optionally forward them to the configured business email. Production hosting should use HTTPS, restricted file permissions and an appropriate retention policy.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that support hosting, email delivery, analytics or app operations when those services are enabled.
5. Your choices
You can ask to correct or delete information you submitted, and you can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
